    Can anyone tell me why my legs get so painful when lying down? When I get up I am stiff and sore for a bit but if I start walking the pain wears off? Although I take a strong pain killer and Lyrica plus a hot bath I only seem to get about 4 hours of sleep before the pain wakes me up .Any tips?
