    Are Peas Good For Diabetes?

Weatherspoons lunch is the same as McDonalds processed junk. I'm not a rocket scientist but peas are healthy. Spoons lunch is definitely not. Peas don't spike me and they are a super food

I have 6 of his books most recipes are nutritionally balanced and healthy. Obviously a chocolate pudding is exactly that and ladened with sugar. Interestingly he has sparked this conversation. Warning to all Freestyle Libre users

The reader is exactly the same and on start up you can choose language as with a phone. It measures the same as UK if you choose English. Obviously I didn't try a foreign language so don't know if it will then read in mg or mmol. Most people in Singapore speak better English than most at home.

News: Jamie Oliver urges Government to ban selling energy drinks to children

Now I teach them things as I love cooking good food so much. Now with this diagnoses I'm going to try even...

    Type 1 Wrong trying strips

I thought I was well prepared. Went to the chemist before I came on holiday to get enough testing strips if my libre failed. It did today in a busy food market. I tried to prick my finger however, the strips don't fit my reader. I felt dodgy so had half a can of fizz. My libre came back in line...
