Yes and even worse I took my blood sugar before going to Drs at 9 am did not eat or drink or take meds 7.3 then went in a couple of shops on way home; so did not take sugars again until 11am before taking meds and eating/drinking 13.8. So why apart from stress or bad sleep would this happen...
