    It’s important to have an official diagnosis because if the diagnosis is correct and you do have type 2 then it’ll be very important to have regular check ups, diabetic eye exams, medical equipment, etc in order to treat the condition.

    Anything and everything is worse with poverty. They might not even be able to buy the treatment they need or they’ll have to use it very sparingly in attempt to make it last until they can scrounge up enough to buy more.

    There’s a chance it may, it would be best to call up your doctor to double check. If they’re closed you can try calling your pharmacy and asking the pharmacist there if it does.

    You could tell HR so they can put it on record if any emergencies should occur but I don’t see a need to tell anyone else.

    Whether you can or not might depend on the laws where you live, some states and countries have different requirements. Get in touch with the program leader for it at whatever school you’re at or are considering and discuss it with them.
