    I do this with their fruity linseed mix and no extra berries. I add ground roasted hazelnuts too. It seems to thicken quickly and because nothing needs to thaw, it's done in five minutes. I used to love eating porridge, but it causes massive spikes even in small portions.

    Like Boo1979 says. I have hypergranulation on the side of my finger right now. It's like raw stuff from under your skin and gets infected easily. As with everything else, keeping your blood glucose down is important to help it heal. Good luck.

    Pasta substitute at Aldi

    I discovered this stuff the other day. I used to eat a lot of pasta, so I bought a box. It's more like something you would usually call a noodle, but is an acceptable substitute for pasta. It cooks very quickly. The box says 4 to 6 minutes. Don't cook it for more than 5 or it gets very sticky...

    Pics crunchy peanut butter on two rounds of Burgen. Greek yoghurt with blueberries, one strawberry and flax seed. Two egg omelette with spinach and goats cheese and black pepper.
