Found I was diabetic recently. Blood sugars of 25 mmol/L , hba1c of 90. Changed my diet 3 weeks ago and average 11 mmol/L now on metformin and awaiting appointment for next HBA1C in two months. The mysugr app is saying my hba1c is now 65 ( great app very useful) Its been a good exercise...
