Hi, today I found our I was prediabetic ... my level is 46. I drink a lot of pepsi, that is my downfall ams kind of addiction but can i drink Pepsi max? Doctor told me not to, but ive heard you can still drink that. Im having to look at my diet .... im not a big bread, rice or pasta eater and...
