Awww bless your heart, thank you for all your help, I had a bowl of coco pops for breakfast with skimmed milk then took my Metformin with some orange squash which was 0.3 no added sugar. My reading before tea tonight was 5.7 xx

My doctors surgery gave me mine for free, it’s really quite simple to set up. I am really pleased with it.

I just got myself a Gluco RX Nexus monitor and set it all up, I tested myself which was 2 hours after eating my breakfast and it was 9.5 is that ok or is it a bit high, I’m just a little concerned not having done this before.

I will do that, when I had my bloods done I had a full blood count and liver test and they found my red blood cells were really high and my oxygen to be affected too. I was asked if I was a smoker and I said no. The nurse is at the surgery where I saw my doctor so everything will be to hand so...
