    Thank you. So it’s a reading after food. Does this mean it’s a little low. This is going to get a lot of getting use to [emoji85]plus I’m on slimming world diet. Is that ok ??? Thank you for your reply

    hi guys , just been diagnosed as type 2. My reading was 58. Iv had a machine today as advised just took my reading and it’s 4.6 is this ok. I’m so confused.
