    Well the first week is over and I'm quite excited for tomorrow's weigh in. The BBC have invited me onto their local radio show (BBC Manchester at 11.45am). I've taken your advice and tried the sparkling water which is a good substitute for the fizzies. Andy

    Thanks for the advice... The NHS dieticians seem to vary on what they say depending on which way the sun is shining. They have advised me to drink low sugar drinks and not to touch banana's of all things. Andy
