    Had a small peanut butter snack before bed and my morning results were 7.4, hmmm interesting! I will do nothing to eat for two hours before tonight and repeat the process over the next couple of nights. ;)

    Thanks Catza, much appreciated. I have some figures that he gave me to pass on to DESMOND'S but have no clue what they are or what they mean. All he told me was that they were high, no mentioned of what they should be. The more I hear the more frustrated I feel, good job your all here x
