    I work in a pub and I notice that after I do a late shift (sometimes it’s more likely if I have been a bit anxious or stressed in my shift) my blood sugar drops in the night, I test before bed and am the same and normal sugars so around 6 or 7 and haven’t taken any fast acting insulin for more...

    Hi, can anyone shed some light for me I’m a type one diabetic and will soon be trying for my first child, what do I need to do? I’ve been to the doctors and he will refer me to a diabetic nurse but do I need to be taking folic acid as soon as I start trying. Thankyou in advance
