    How to get energy before a long run etc?

    I’ve heard a cup of white rice after workouts wont kick you out of Ketosis but the carbs will be absorbed to replenish muscles. Not sure before workouts though

    What are your alcohol rules?

    I tend to find a glass or two of red wine works well, doesn’t disrupt carb count nor sleep too much [emoji18]
