    So did some research reason we go to the loo a lot is your body is trying to get rid of the glucose which our insulin cannot remove from our blood - would this be why we get tired very quickly too?

    Well that’s it then plus point is my last reading was 6.4 and it looks like a salad bowl and yogurt more often I wanted to keep off bread completely so thanks for the advice I only started eating rye the last few days and it is gone now have to look for something that can bulk my meals

Food, I go for fat instead of low sugar so diet food is off the list - just look at low fat yogurt how much sugar is in it compared to the normal ( I eat Greek) no pastry either...

    I have a desk & kitchen fridge etc so food is always to hand I certainly know when I need carbs though so I grab a banana or rye cracker never sweets even before I was diagnosed it was never sweets scotch eggs seem to fit our category right now ?
