    Hi Lemonie, I would have thought that the honey's sugar content wouldn't do your BG level any good! I just buy ready ground cinnamon from the supermarket and that seems to have worked for me along with reducing my carbs and getting back to the gym!

    Thanks for the welcome xyzzy! I haven't had any stomach problems with the cinnamon but I had already seen some of the other posts so I was aware of the potential! I'll be happy if I can maintain the 5.0 mmol average and, hopefully, I'll be able to reduce my medication when I see my GP the week...
