Goos morning all. 5.8 this morning. Apparently its a bright and sunny start to the day but im still on london in a travelodge looking out on a really narrow alleyway so it looks just as dull as yesterday.

After a couple of hours sleep, cup of tea and a shower my reading is 5.3, off to church and then a good old fashioned sunday lunch with most of the trimmings.

Well, after just under 8 hours of walking (only 2 and a bit in the rain) by reading was 5 at 6.00. I am happy with 5 but i will have to find an easier way of getting there! Many thanks for good wishes from @ianspurs and @PenguinMum.

A late day today. 6.3. And it has just stopped raining - all good!

7 at 6:30, then hit the motorway planning for another earlyish morning reading after no breakfast and anticipated driving stress but left my meter at home so now i will never know what impact that would have had. Cup of green tea and a protein bar before i start presenting. Nice sunny day here...

24 hour fast gave me 5.8 at 7 and 5.9 at 7.45. No more readings this morning, just breakfast!

8 this morning. No exercise a9nd nit much food yesterday so a tad confused but nobody said it would be easy! Onwards and downwards![emoji106]

6.1 this morning after much exercise and one meal (probably spoiled by having crackers with cheese for afters). Be interesting to see what impact a sedentary sunday has now.

I think you are very wise mojo. 5 hours, didnt feel the cold but certainly noticed the rain! Only did 18 in the end as my route planning didnt agree with my gps. Will cut right back after next weekend.

Heading for a 'brisk' 20 mile road walk now. BG was 7.1 this morning so heading back in the right direction.
