    No i never inject after a nightout, high risk of hypo if you do as the alcohol will bring down your sugars anyway. If i load up on carbs on the way home ie burger n chips im normally fine come morning (4-7). And like someone else said, it helps with the hangover :)

    Hi, i was diagnosed in late 2011 and i still go out drinking etc. and never inject on a nightout. Your bs may spike but the alcohol will soon bring them down.     Haha, aslong as i grab a burger/kebab at the end of the night my sugars seem to be more under control the next day :)

    Benny, Im Type 1 and drink on a regular basis, i never inject when drinking alcohol. Alcohol brings your sugars down so where after a few beers your sugars may rise due to the carbs/sugars. The alcohol will bring them down pretty quickly. After a binge i could go the next day without injecting...
