    Oh bother.....

    I find that if I eat high fat the day before, I get insulin resistant the next day - just stubbornly high blood sugars that won't come down.     The libre is completely unreliable as far as low readings go. Was horrified when I got mine to see readings of below 3 while I was sleeping.
