    Hi all, do any of you have to have a fructosamine test instead of hba1c?

    My hba1c comes back as 32 which is brilliant! Unfortunately, my blood glucose tests are between 10-25. I was given a fructosamine test and this indicated levels of 53. I'm on 2 types of insulin, up to 5 injections a day, and only now getting my blood glucose readings down. Just wondered if any...

    Not diabetic anymore??? Confused as heck :(

    My hba1c comes in at 32. But I'm on up to 5 injections a day! I have to have a fructosamine test to get accurate blood results.
