prickly feeling in fingers and toes after eating, is this always a bad sign ?

Sorry if this is a silly question, I for a long time associated feeling these sensations as unmanaged BS levels, it's hard to describe the sensation but i guess its like pins n needles in the fingers and toes but more prickly. I had them tonight after eating however when i tested I was still...

    Test Strip Expiry date.

Hey, I'm fairly sure I bought two batches of my test strips some point last year but when looking at both I believe the expiry date was 11/2025. These are Gluco Navii ones, I currently dont have the funds to replace them right now, but was wondering how inaccurate they will be if the date im...

Is diet along sometimes not enough to get to normal levels ?

Hey Resurgam, yeah I will stay on course and hopefully see results then over months I know that when i was off course for that period when i randomly tested I was hitting 18.0 and other scarily high numbers which prompted me to get back on track so that is quite possible. I had thought it might...

Is diet along sometimes not enough to get to normal levels ?

Hi guys thanks for the replies after the above testing and feeling a little disheartened I made myself some Scrambled Eggs with Butter and 1 Cumberland Sausage with a dollop of Mayo, ate this then went to sleep for 6 hours. When I woke up I tested again and firstly got 10.4 and a minute later...

Hey guys, A while back I was diagnosed and managed to get into normal levels with diet alone, I very recently messed up my diet due to stress and other things going on. Salt Sensitivity/Low Potassium

Hi guys sorry for the late response, it's mainly due to money and also convenience as supermarkets deliver and cheap. But I think the culprit are the meats I get with some flavour.. spicy chicken wings etc.. as I eat a whole packet in a go it must contain a decent amount of sodium. I've also...

    Salt Sensitivity/Low Potassium

Hi, Hoping someone may be able to help me. I've always been either Salt Sensitive or Low potassium but noticed it much more since switching to low carb. low carb = increased Triglycerides what can be done naturally ?

No but I think i'm salt sensitive as they are most prominent after eating a salty meal and I've had issues with water retention for as long i know, so either salt sensitive or low potassium would be my guess.

Does anyone use Musclefoods or the likes ?

I am with you in wanting more fatty cuts, Apart from my Chicken breasts I also would prefer my red meat to have more fat on it. The yellow sticker stuff in supermarkets is great when you catch it but so hit and miss and not dependable, Plus would prefer to get everything in all at once to save...

Does anyone use Musclefoods or the likes ?

https://www.musclefood.com/pay-day-hamper Was one offer that looked pretty good but wasn't sure if I'm saving with what I'm getting compared to buying in a supermarket... butchers nearby offer similar deals but doesn't look as if you get as much as offered above.
