    Weekly weigh in - Fridays

    I weighed 86kg in Jan 2018 and I'm now down to 66kg . 65kg is my target. BMI currently 22. I swim a mile a week, play tennis 3 times a week, table tennis twice a week and average over 10,000 steps a day. Don't know what else I can do . I think old age(I'm 71) and years of munching cakes...
