Thanks for replys. I will take a look at Daisys posts. I must admit i did reduce down from 9 to 8 earlier in year because i seemed to be eating more to counteract the insulin and of course then i started putting weight on :roll: so spoke with my dn and she agreed i could knock it down a notch...
