    Diagnosed 103 September 2018, 40 December 2018, 38.27 April 2019. Total Cholesterol down, Good Cholesterol up, bad Cholesterol down. Not gone true LCHF but under 70g Carbs per day. Reduced processed foods and switched to full fat where I do have dairy, woks for me! No Meds!

    Sleep

    Not Sleeping :( Suffering bad Tinnitus at the moment. Used to sleep great. Then would fall asleep fine but could not stay asleep 4-5 hrs. Now can't do either (last couple of months). Definitely a contributing factor to getting T2.

    Convenience food

    Have tried the hi-low and the slices are tiny. Morrisons do a protein bread which is 8.6g carbs per slice. Great for toast but rubbish for sandwiches. Bergen has to be my all rounder at 11.8g per slice. You know you are eating bread with that one.

    How were you diagnosed

    Tired all the time, Moody, Irritable, Thirsty, Peeing alot (Work Nights!) tested on a lad at work's glucose machine and was 29 he said blimy thats high so went to Doctors Hba1c of 103. 7 months later Hba1c of 40, still tired moody and irritable though! (I work Nights!)

    Elective Amputation Re peripheral neuropathy

    Suffer from Neuropathy myself. Not sure if it is a reduction in my BS levels or the Circulation Booster I bought, but have found much less pain since using machine. Will try the R-ALA as well as feet are linked to so many other parts of the body. Good luck Sutch24 feel for you!

    Most of the Morrison's the best range are LC. I found Sainsbury's the highest. Have tried the muffins they are good.
