5.7 this morning, I kept off the booze last night and did all of the club house party dances winning myself a bottle of bubbly for being the best adult party dancer whoop whoop. Disappointed yesterday as the trampoline park was closed so we spent the afternoon on the beach instead.

Thank you, I'm slowly reading everyones comments. I wondered if it was just me. I've also found that cutting out carbs seems to increase my readings too so I've started to add a small amount of carbs to each meal again.
