    My GP pratice is unbelievable

Goodness above Carol I am so sorry to hear about John, fingers crossed that doesn’t turn out to be the case for him and that he can at least have a less dramatic decline and a good life. In regards to resolved, will this mean revoking anything from you too? I always worry when they used...

    Haiki diabetes remedy

One million percent a scam, I’m so sure I’m breaking one of the tenants of basic maths to show how much of a scam it is. We discussed it before and without a doubt it’s just another depraved soul trying to make a quick buck from human misery.

    Coming to Terms with T2

Thanks for the tag @HSSS and this advice is pretty much what turned my life around for the absolute better. Let yourself breathe for a while, I know that I ignored it for a while and I got the wakeup call of my life with a HBA1C of 114 but I managed to plunge that down quite quickly by the time...

Toe feeling very strange / odd

Hi Dani and welcome to the club! Now neuropathy can manifest from diabetes but also other sources such as a lack of vital vitamins and minerals in your diet so it could be related to diabetes or perhaps not. It’s good that you have an appointment all lined up to get an official examination but...

    Diabetes and Socialising

Not drank since last year and just drink diet drinks these days when I go out. Friends are amazed that I am jumping around and going nuts in the club without having a drink, try it sometime and just try and forget about the alcohol and just love and appreciate the time with friends and/or...

Sending a kings ransom in hugs to you right now @lucylocket61 as you have been such an inspiration for me and others. It’s such a horrific shame that you have been knocked back again by something like this and I truly do wish I could do something to help. I think personally you are on the right...

    Type 2 Dumbass Here

Hello hello from a fellow ‘awwww heck I got my health kick up the backside early’ club member! Oh hush now you are nowhere near dumb in the slightest, you are taking positive and real steps towards a much brighter future in many ways. Depression is a horrific condition to come to terms with...

Prof Taylor on the subject of Reversal.

Honestly? A theory I do prescribe to for myself at least as I dropped a decent amount of weight early into my journey and achieved remission almost overnight. Considering how shockingly fast o developed type 2 and how many teens are getting that wonderfully attached condition (see: not actually...

Zygosid-50 that targets the disease at its source by restoring the body’s sensitivity to insulin.

I agree Jim, you know me. I feel like that is the prime driver of the whole issue above all things and we can fix a whole lot just by eating real food but it’ll appeal to many people still and is great for an adjunct to lifestyle therapy.

Zygosid-50 that targets the disease at its source by restoring the body’s sensitivity to insulin.

Would I take it? Perhaps... IF it was shown to be safe and efficacious then I would be motivated to do so whilst still enjoying my low carb WOE because I do just that, I enjoy it and the benefits it brings. Does not quite stop me worrying about the damage already done by hyperinsulemia and if...

High bg number 5 hours after breakfast

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, been rushed off my feet with some opens for work. It could be taken a few ways, I consider life to be constantly wandering those forest paths following the light that comes through the trees. Sometimes you stumble off of that path and may find a new...

    Update on the me!

Happy to have been a timely inspiration for you! I know how it feels, trust me I had my fave After Eight mints in front of me most of the festive period and could smell the mint so it was tough. You can do this, I know you can do this and will inspire even more people. I want you to know I am...

High bg number 5 hours after breakfast

+1 to what @Lotties and @ianf0ster said, I’ve found that a decent meal before fasting always keeps me topped up now I’m adapted. I was fasting from 7pm to 5pm for today because I was just not hungry at all and busy with induction at my new job so it really depends on how well you do with a LCHF...

    Magnesium - are you deficient?

Personally been reading quite a bit lately that soil is losing a lot of its magnesium so a lot of us aren’t getting enough of the stuff. Explains a whole lot if mag deficiency is causing a whole heap of issues!
