    Many thanks. It's a name I've had for ages although I don't really know where it came from! In answer to your reply, I'm not eating before exercise and maybe I should but I;m not sure what to eat that isn't cad loaded. I am not on any medications either

    Hi all. I have been diagnosed with pre diabetes / type 2. They can't make their minds up. Anyway. I am not overweight, eat virtually no carbs or sugar, drink a moderate amount (Gin & Slimline tonic) and work out for an average of 90 minutes a day (weights & cardio). I am getting really upset...
