Well I found out today that I’m type 2 with a hba1c of 57 and at 52 and 21 stone I guess the future is obvious. Just getting over the shock and embarrassment to be honest. Just thought I’d say hi and “get it out there”

Well, I’ve just picked up my results of 57 I’m 52 and I weigh 21 Stone...and am rather partial to beer and sweets. After meeting the Dr today he said that I need to lose 10% of my body weight and go back to see him in 3 months, no medication yet but I really need to start looking after myself...
