    Thanks for the info everyone, pain wise it's sharp cramp like pain in my finger,toes and a duller but constant and extremely irritating version in my feet upto my lower back. I took 120mg of codiene plus paracetamol and ibuprofen and it knock the pain down by about 20%.(I've only done this once...

    I've been off work since march with various issues but recently been diagnosed with diabetes, wasn't told a type or anything. I seem to have increasing issues with pain and wonder if this due to the diabetes? They've caught it early and my levels are good apparently 50 mmol on the blood test...
