    My H1 was 34 if I recall.. that was Jan 2020. I jist find my bs levels erratic. Could skipping a second later meal in the day make your BS levels slump and not want to rise up?

    Lately ive developed a very bad habit of practically not eating a full meal from like 5pm onwards. Then when it gets to 2am I reach by my bed in some half awoke, shaky need for sugar and go for some snacks (carbs/sugar/chocolate) etc. I know.. this is very bad. But within the last few days...

    Na no diagnosis. Hope I avoid that for the rest of my days to be honest. Reason for experimentally checking, like I said, is because I am having a few health issues at the moment so I am trying to 'process of elimination' everything, mainly EPI. Thank you for the warm welcome!

    Is it normal for your blood sugar to rise very shortly after eating? When I say shortly, I do not mean 2 hours. I mean much less. Lately I have been trying to ascertain whether or not I have Celiac Disease, as digestive problems have continued from last year, giving way to some malabsorption...
