    What was your fasting blood glucose? (with some chat)

    0630 am, 5.0. Following Keto diet, intermittent fasting & walking 2 miles per day for 1 month with lots of supplements and the results have been fantastic. Upped the electrolytes and blood pressure has come down also. I'm just aiming to get healthy again after years of out of control type 2.
