Thank you. I was counting more as snacks than breakfast. I wake up early in morning drop my daughter catch the train (50min) to work and then work start and generally is meetings non stop. So breakfast is not an option early the only moment i would eat something would be either on the train...

@Resurgam Thank you. I do luke tomatoes and hard boiled egg but didn't even cross my mind to have this as breakfast (i grew up in france breakfast is more sweet like bread and butter with jam or cream cheese breqd or croissant )..
