    Accidental double dose of Tresiba

    Hi folks, I usually take 28 units of Tresiba every morning and did this today. Tonight however instead of administering my night time correction of nova rapid I absent-mindedly readministered 28 units of Tresiba. Any suggestions as to how I should manage this? Thanks Rachel

    Advice for post exercise snacks

    I am type 2 on humulin i and novorapid. Also take metformin and gliclazide. Diagnosed 2012 after gestational diabetes in 2001. With GP trying to get on top of managing my bg. Struggling somewhat. Last HbA1C (jan 2020) 103. BMI 27 - overweight. 59 yrs old. Thanks

    Exercise advice for a sedentary 60yo

    Hi Captain, I’m a T2 too and am on week 1 of Couch to 5k. Started it yesterday- there is a handy app to go with it. Basically you walk to walk up then there are jogs of 60 seconds followed by walks for 90 seconds- the whole thing takes 30 mins 3 x per week (not consecutive days). Maybe worth a shot?
