    ‘Stop Eating After 7pm’ Challenge

    I try my best not to eat after 19:00 hrs, but sometimes the urge to nibble is too great. I have started nibbling on flavoured fava beans, chickpeas or popcorn. Not sure if they are bad for my sugar, but they are good for an increase in fibre.
