i used that before a few years ago, after i read some good reviews about it. If i remember correctly, its a pre biotic (rather than pro biotic). Anyway, i never noticed any improvement at all. thats not to say it doesn't work. Maybe i had other issues and it was the wrong prodict or whatever.
