Be careful... I did that once & ended up a hypo & cracked my head open at the supermarket by letting it overlap... If i do it now i take a minimal dose & check my sugars throughout the folliwing day... & take shortacting when needed as the previous person suggested... hope u r ok?

Type 1 for 26 years & work full time as a weighbridge clerk in a quarry... Currently do 51 hours a week but used to do up to 60 :-( still drains me at the end of the week...

A cure for type 1 that they promised me that wasnt too far away 26 years ago.....

I always let potential employers know that i am a diabetic at the interview stage & add will this be a problem... Mostly they ask questions about being a single parent (which i know they are not allowed to).... Good luck with college & getting yr diabetes bk on track....
