Hi @oceans above 13 . Did you cross check that CGM reading with a finger prick test? CGM’s are not as accurate once they fall or go above the ‘normal’ range.

I had in my basket yesterday frisée lettuce , a Boston lettuce, some plum tomatoes, a growing basil plant , a rotisserie (lime and tequila) chicken, and a bar of Cadbury fruit & Nut.

I make my own fish cakes @julieclarke . I buy some cheap white fish, bake it in the oven, then mixed it with mash potato , salt, pepper and chives. Roll them in breadcrumbs then fry them . :)

Tagging @Rachox for you @CJ4190 . She has a list of available UK glucose monitors. I use a Contour Next One monitor. It’s the best one I’ve had . I rarely get a test strip failure, however, the strips are very expensive. I get my strips on prescription , but only so many then I have to pay.
