    Thanks for the reply! Yea I was doing really great and a lot of foods that I couldn’t eat years ago I ate and wouldnt drop so I thought maybe it was gone but it came back haha. So yea it never really went away. Maybe I can just handle things better then before. Yea I’m going to stop eating...

    That makes so much sense because when I do cave in and eat sugar and carbs, I DO have a massive craving for more. And it seems harder to stop the more I eat sugar and carbs.     Yes you’re right. And it’s so hard because I love carbs lol but I rather not feel like ****. I’m going to try my best to find as many low carb foods and a I can, and a lot with no carbs. It’ll be hard at first but the more I do it I’m sure It’ll get easier

    I finally got my A1C results and my number was 5.4 so that’s good! Like you said, just the reactive hypoglycemia causing big spikes .

    Hey sorry for the late response! Something got messed up with my results info but I found out my number today. My A1C is 5.4 so that’s good! It’s just the reactive hypoglycemia spiking me up so high, it’s so crazy! I’m glad I’m not prediabetic so that’s good !
