    It's clearly a problem with the device not taking a charge (either itself or a duff charger). I'll contact the manufacturer.

    Hmmmm, maybe it isn't charged yet. The light appears quite low, so maybe it's just a trick/reflection from my lighting. It's been charging for about 8 hours, but maybe needs longer.

    Hi Jaylee, Thanks for responding. Yes I have used the Lbre App. I cannot see the device in the bluetooth list. I had a look for drip and it displays a few that don't have that specific name. Matt

    Hi there, Just received this equipment and have followed the instructions, but can't get it to bind with the Tomato app. I have it fully charged and pressed the reset. Any suggestions?
