6.6 today @ 0630 but it was the ryvita last night. First day back at work yesterday and I forgot to take my meter. Was late home and didn't eat until 7.45pm at which point my BG was 3.2. So I had my cauliflower rice and Spanish chicken but was hungry after and knowingly ate three buttered...
I did a longer fast yesterday, ate my main meal at lunchtime so I guess that's what resulted in the low FBG this morning. I haven't eaten yet today and I feel ok. Finger crossed my BFG isn't below 4.
Congratulations that's wonderful news and really encouraging for those of us on a similar journey. I'm afraid I don't have any advice re the cholesterol but I'm following as I'd like to hear too.
6.1 today @ 0800, and I was 4.7 when I went to bed. Who knows what this means. On the plus side I've now lost two stone and I'm close to weighing less than I have for over 10years. Fingers crossed the weight loss is sustainable if I stick to keto.
