Hiya iv only just rejoined on here after 6 years. I am in the honeymoon period i only have 8 units of lantus a day and nothing fast acting. Doctors are quite baffled by me as im into the 6th year of this! Hba1c is good average around 6mmols. Xx

i came off novo rapid id say about 2 months after i was diagnosed.. my readings r between 4-9 but on the odd occasion can be 10-11 but not very often. my first year my hba1c was 6.6 but this years is 5.6

im 17 & just noticed i was sleeping in the day.. always thirsty no matter how much id drank it would never clench my thirst & i lost half a stone.Then i went and got it checked out & my blood was 18 ! xx
