    No CAC scoring has been performed since initiation of my LCHF diet so no effect can be ascertained. Maybe early next year will bring a new scoring. Also, I'm not keto, only LC- average is 55 gm carb/day, 15% of calories. Thanks for your interest.

    Agree that carbs can cause these late spikes. A low glycemic index carb is absorbed over a longer period of time.
