    Anybody known we take the steps atleast 10,000 per day.. But the matter is 10,000 steps for keep healthy. 12,000 - 15,000 steps for weight loss. And i know this is definitely possible with the use of pedometers.. Cheers a lot and take a steps also lot.. http://www.stopwatchesworld.com/
