I managed to get hold of a doctor I have appointment next week I had some blood work done and their thinking about changing my medication. I keep you posted.

I have notice my number on my glucose meter have risen I haven't done anything different I am going to phone my doctor in the morning the past week it been above previously was always 10 still working on getting my numbers down . at the moment its between 15 to 20 and I still drinking like a fish

No that's ok I still learning on how to improve my diet so any advice I receive is much appricated I trying to better my self :).

Re thinking my diet making a lot of changes to it . I need different ideas for lunch and breakfast if any one can help much appricated.

I take metformin for diabetes I am on 4 tablets a day I have two on morning and two in the evening and the only other tablet I take is rampril for high blood pressure.

Yes changed diet to low fat diet which I have been very strick about cut out sugar and carbs. I do about two hours of exercising too I also check my glucose too I have noticed it been bit higher than usual.

I drink plenty of water through out the day but I still feel dehydrated all the time should I be be worried about it ?
