Hello all. Been a few months since last posting on here. Been trying to figure life out at a type 1 diabetic. Couple of updates since my last post, blood sugar levels still very unstable, now using libre sensor instead of finger pricking (absolutely love it),weight is slowly creeping back up...

Still very unstable blood sugar levels. Currently moving up to 17.3mmol. Just cant seem to get them under control.

Have been on the Libre Sensors for 3 weeks now. I cant believe how much easier they are to test blood sugar levels :)

Thank you to everyone who commented. Found reading them all was a huge help. I have today been diagnosed as type 1 and will be going on insulin as of Monday.

Wow. Reading this really made me smile and actually a little hopeful. As a newbie diabetic I’m a bit overwhelmed at the moment and didn’t see a way out but this has definitely put that light back at the end of the tunnel. Congratulations to you and I wish you a healthy future xx
