    Thanks, I've wondered if she is type 3C, but when we have ever asked her doctors about it they refuse to engage with the idea. Every doctor is different, and finding the right one can be a challenge. I'm guessing its probably the same for everyone.

    She is somewhere between a type 1 and type 2, and only got diabetes after a hospital visit gave her an infection on her pancreas. She is insulin dependent, basal and bolus insulin, and we both eat a low carb diet; essentially keto.

    Wear a mask, save lives. Its people who are sick and don't know it that need to wear masks, and since that person could be anyone, even you or I, then everyone should wear a mask. Simple. By the way, I read that when wearing a good mask that it should be hard to blow out a candle.
