Diagnosed prediabetes last week
Had a fasting one of 5% this morning and an hr after lunch 8%. It seems to need a certain amount of blood, too little and it doesn’t work properly- Brendan 2

Hi. Only have a score of 6 mmol/L so I guess it’s good news. Got a letter from the GP otherwise they have been little help. Phone engaged... Anyway, I’ve read a lot of posts and I’ve changed my diet, reducing carbs, cutting out cakes, biscuits, chocolates... I am slim, 68kg 175 cm , don’t smoke...- Brendan 2
