    Hi Lamont. Thank you for your detailed response. I choose an all natural protein powder. There’s no sweeteners, colourings or flavours. And I just checked, the carb content per serving is 1g. Since oats taken 3x a week is my main source of carbs right now, I suppose I should do glucose tests...
