    5.5 at 7.30 am this morning,completed a 25 mile bike run and was 5.3.Just got my latest A1c result back and it's up 1 to 39,i'll take that after a 3 week holiday.

    HBa1c first test results

    Well i received my first test results of the Hba1c test today and i was told it was 40.I for some reason expected it to be higher but i've managed to lose 15 kg through a good relatively low carb diet and hundreds of miles cycling.Along way to go but well pleased i seem to have made a good start.
