    Hey Mate Yeah, it hasn't been fun but could be worse, and ive been lucky re spikes, i don't get many if any, but this has bene due to reading posts of people like you who know what they are doing, ie, cutting out carbs, sugar, most exercise etc. Thanks for you input :)
