    Tubeless pumps

Hi, I agree with other comments, you need to find out what is available to you. I started on Omnipod 5 2 months ago and am really happy. My time in range has increased to 85%. I was on the Libre 2 and changed to Libre 2 plus when I started on Omnipod 5. After 4 weeks I changed to Dexcom 6 and...

    Supply issues

Today I went to collect my first batch of Lyumjev and pens/cartridges are out of stock. I have phoned around a few pharmacies and this none locally. Fortunately I have some Fiasp vials still.

    Supply issues

I’m in South Wales and can not get any Fiasp. Both pens and vials are out of stock, so have been changed to Lyumjev.

    Libre 2 signal loss

I think I have solved the signal loss alarm but switching off my phone and restarting the phone and the app. No signal loss since yesterday evening.

    Libre 2 signal loss

I am on the latest version and everything was fine but changed sensor yesterday and now the signal loss is ridiculous, I am lucky if I get half and hour before the alarm activates and I need to scan. Any suggestions? Reinstall or change sensors?

I tried 100% chocolate today and I can nibble about a 1/4 of a square! How long did it take to grow on you?

Really sore muscles after hypo during exercise

Hi Jok11, whilst I have no scientific reference, I tend to experience hypo hang over if I drop below 3 and experience a pain in my calf muscles which feels like the after effect of muscle cramp along with fatigue and some generalised feelings of being below par (lack of sparkle my OH says!)

    Dealing with cracks/splits/fissures on feet

Please see your diabetes team or GP as soon as you can. Moisturising is a must but your diabetes team will need to monitor in case of infection, which can be serious for T1s.

    Type 1 disneyland

Looking on the Disney Land website there appears to be 2 types of passes available and you will need to have a look with your parents to see if you are eligible and then apply. As you are going on a school trip, I would speak to your teacher about using the passes and about what support the...

    Healthier Sugar Snacks for Hypos

I tend to use Dextrose tablets and have many packets or half packets stashed in coat pockets, the car, work bag, handbag etc but I also carry sachets of sugar when I am travelling (available in every cafe) and I just add to a bottle of water if needed.

    Gliclazide

Hi , it is the strangest feeling!!! For me the ‘number’ at which I feel it depends on how fast I am falling, but generally I feel it when I drop below 3.9. I set my Libre alarm at 4.5 and if I alarm I check my arrow and if it is falling sharply, then I will drink 150mls of orange juice or eat...

    What can I drink?

Sugar free squash with hot water works for me, similar to herbal tea but with a stronger fruit flavour. I also am not a fan of plain water (unless my bs levels are high, then I just drink bucket loads!) but I quite enjoy a mug of hot water occasionally.
